How long does processing take?
If you’ve placed your order,  received an order confirmation, but have yet to receive tracking information. Please allow between 2-7 business days to receive word that your product is being shipping.  This varies due to our company reaching out to different manufacturers that make our products and their schedules can vary. So we apologize if there may be an inconvenience in wait time.  However for the most part we try to be as quick as possible and thank everyone for their patience. 
How long will it take to get my order?

This will vary with each product as we have a multitude of different locations with suppliers and where we get our products, if we don't list the shipping times in the product description feel free to reach out to our email at anytime, but be well rested knowing that your order is underway and will be shipped out to your address. International orders may take longer based on location. Times vary per location.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 10 business day, please contact us at otctmb@gmail.com

Where is my package?

We typically submit orders same-day when placed by 12pm. When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. Some tracking will stay pending until it arrives at your country as this is how some international freight operate. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

How do I order a gift for someone?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. also be sure to include in the notes box on checkout that you're ordering as a gift. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
